hi,im a home carer from cardenden,ive been getting picked up in a 4×4,all week due to the weather as I have not been able to get car out.
I have been going round elderly in markinch,making sure everyone is safe and sound,as the week went on ive noticed,that people were working round the clock to clear the side streets,in markinch,an other carer that was with me,stayed in leslie,ive noticed that their streets were getting cleared aswell. My question is,why is markinch and leslie priority,before cardenden,as i tried to get my car out,and it ripped my exhaust off,ive had to go to an expence,that wasn’t needed,anyway,ive got an disabled mother that stays in kirkcaldy that needs basic essentials,i cant get 2 her if my streets are not clear,as i havent got an exhaust,any more.I need to see action next week,or have to take it further,at the end of the day, Fife Council knew the weather was coming, and not enough precautions were taking.
